We love our Hip Monkeys and customer service is our number 1 priority but some things are just not our fault! Please note that we cannot be responsible for:

  • Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
  • Issues/Errors with product type or size.
  • Replacing or repairing any personal items supplied by the client that are damaged during the embroidery process. 

Please know that our font options are computer generated mock ups, and not 100% true. For inspiration of actual finished products browse our instagram. Still unsure? We love questions- don't be afraid to email us to talk it out.


HipMonkeys will not issue returns, exchanges, or reimbursements on items that have already been monogrammed with the customization a customer ordered themselves. As per our Embroidery Disclaimer, we are not responsible for incorrectly typed information that the customer provides.

We're only human and understand an error can be made by us. If this is the case reimbursement will be communicated between us and the customer. This is handled on a case-by-case basis.
